1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindTradeBot.com ("Service", "Platform", or "Directory"), including logging in via Steam OpenID or transmitting data to our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

FindTradeBot.com serves exclusively as an informational directory and real-time indexing service for automated Steam trading bots.

  • We do not process trades, hold inventory, escrow items, or execute financial transactions.
  • All trades occur directly on Steam between users and third-party bot accounts.
  • We do not guarantee the uptime, reliability, honesty, or item availability of listed third-party bots.

3. Bot Listing & API Usage Rules

Bot operators utilizing our API endpoint (`/api/update`) to list or update bot details agree to the following conditions:

  • Accuracy: All rates, inventories, and categories submitted must reflect real-time operational status. Intentionally spoofing data or fake rates is grounds for permanent banning.
  • Account Ownership: API keys must be generated using the specific Steam account of the bot being listed.
  • Third-Party Terms: Advertised services must strictly comply with Steam's Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Service. Bots engaging in scamming, malware distribution, or account hijacking will be removed immediately.
  • API Limits: Excessive spamming or attempting to overload our API endpoints will result in automatic key revocation and IP blacklisting.

4. Steam & Valve Corporation Disclaimer

FindTradeBot.com is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Steam and the Steam logo are registered trademarks of Valve Corporation.

5. Account Termination & Listing Removal

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or remove any API key, bot listing, or user session from our directory at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to directory users.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FindTradeBot.com, its operators, or the Refloow be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-item damages arising out of your use of listed trading bots, failed trade offers, or reliance on directory information.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or API after changes are posted constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
